RESOLUTION No. 71-9
s WHEREAS, the United States Jaycees are holding
their national convention in Portland, Oregon,
June 13 - 19th, 1971.
WHEREAS, the Oregon Jaycees are the hosting state.
WHEREAS, the Tigard Jaycees are hosting the Ohio
and Alaska Jaycees.
WHEREAS, the Ohio and Alaska Jaycees will be
visiting the City of Tigard on June 13, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, I, Daniel L. Larsen, Mayor of
Tigard, proclaim that June 13, 1971 be known as the
states of Ohio and Alaska Day.
