Ordinance No. 88-06 ' ^ . CITY OF TICHRD, OREGON ORDINANCE N0. 88 Q_= AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A ZONE CHANGE AND PLAN AMENDMENT (ZCH 87-05) (NORTHEAST METZGER) AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on June 15, 1987 the City Council held a public hearing tc. consider m Northeast Metzger annexation request and stated their intent to consider appropriate City of Tigard plan and zone designations for the property in the event of a successful annexation; and WHEREAS, the Purt1u..d Metropolitan Area Local Government Boundary Commission approved a modified annexation proposal an July 30' 1907; arid WHEREAS' on November 3' 1987 the Northeast Metzger residents approved the annexation by holding an election; and WHEREAS, the City of Tigard zone and plan designations recommended by the Planning staff an wet forth in Section 1 below are those which most closely conform to those designations assigned to the properties, on the Metzger Progress Community Plan Map adopted by Washington County.
