WHEREAS, the Oregon Court of Appeals has found a "Gr River" ordinance similar to the

THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: k

Section 1: Tigard Municipal Code 7.32.090 is repealed.
Tigard Municipal Code .7.24.120(4) is amended to read as follows:

"Open to the public" means premises which by their physical nature,
function, custom, usage, notice or lack thereof or other circumstances at
the time would cause a reasonable person to believe that no permission to �
