Ordinance No. 86-01 CITY OF T:IGARD, OREGON
ORDINANCE NO. 86-IOL
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
AMENDMENT (CPA 16-85) AND ZONE CHANGE (ZCA 16-85) (TAYLOR) AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on December 13, 1985 Lloyd and Arlette Taylor filed a request to
annex 34.9 acres of land into the. City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 13, 1986 to
consider the annexation request and to consider Zoning and Comprehensive Plan
designations for the property; and
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1986 the City Council approved a resolution forwarding
the the ^...Hand Metropolitan Area Loral Government Boundary
Commission; and now

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan district designations and Zoning district 1
designations recommended by the Planning Staff as set forth in Section 1 below
are those which most closely conform to those designations assigned to the
properties on the Bull Mountain Community Plan adopted by the Washington
County Board of Commissioners.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The recommendation of the Planning Staff as set forth below is
consistent with the City's Urban Planning Area agreement with G,
Washington County and Policy 10.3.1 of the City's Comprehensive Plan.
