AN ORDINANCE. ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS TO APPROVE A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
AMENDMENT (CPA 8--85) AND ZONE CHANGE (7_C 9-85) (DAVIS) AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY,
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a resolution forwarding a proposal to ar•i7ex
28.94 acres to the City of Tigard; and
WHEREAS, the Portland Metropoli.tion Area Local Government Boundary Commission
approved the annexation of July 25, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 9, 1985 to
recommend Zoning and Comprehensive Plan designations to the City Council.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 12, 1985 to consider
thn Planning Commission recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan district designations and Zoning district
designations recommended by the Planning Commission as set forth in Section I
below are those which most closely conform to those designations assigned to
the properties in Washington County,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The recommendation of the Planning Commission as set forth below
is consistent with the City's Urban Planning Area agreement with
Washington County,

The significant wetlands overlay designation within the 100 year
floodplain an the following properties: Tax Map IS1 35AC Lots 3700,
4400, 3800, 2800, 101; and Tax Map 1S1 35AD Lots 1200, 1300 and
1400. The exact location shall be determined by a field survey
prior to development.

Section l: Inasmuch as it is necessary to revise the City's Comprehensive
Plan Flaps to allow development in a timely manner, an emergency is
declared to exist and this ordinance shall become effective upon
its passage by Council and approval by the Mayor.
