iY AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY'S SANITARY SEWERAGE. RULES AND REGULATIONS AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the.city of Tigard, Oregon, reviewed, adopted and
documented Sanitary Sewerage Rules and Regulations via Ordinance No. 84-58;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council periodically finds it necessary -to revise said Rules
and Regulations to improve the implementation and operation thereof;
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City's Sanitary Sewerage Rules and Regulations shall be
amended as set forth in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached
hereto. Items to be added are underlined on Exhibit "A"; all of
Exhibit "S" is to be added.
Section 2: In order that the amended Sanitary Sewerage Rules and Regulations,
as set forth in Exhibit "A'' and Exhibit "Q" attached hereto, may
be rapidly implemented to assure protection of' the public's
health, safety and welfare, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage
