AN ORDINANCE OF THE TIGARD CITY COUNCIL AMENDING SECTION 10.28.090 (2) OF THE
TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING 2-HOUR PARKING LIMITS ON PINE STREET.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 10.28.090 (2) of the Tigard Municipal Code, relating to
2-hour parking limits on Pine Street be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
7110.28.090 Two-hour time limit. (2) BETWEEN NINE AM AND SIX PM: (A)
S.W. Main Street. (B) S.W.Pine Street from SW Main Street to SW
Pacific Highway (99-W) right-of-way."
Section 2: That the City Administrator be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to cause to have the areas, as above set forth, suitably
posted in the manner provided by law.
Section 3: Inasmuch as this ordinance is necessary to protect the health, safety
and general welfare of the public, an emergency is recognized to
exist and is hereby declared and this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage and approval by the City Council.
