Ordinance No. 80-72 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE No. 8o--j2,,- AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL REVENUE FUND DESIGNATED "COUNTY ROAD MAINTENANCE FUND", FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. t THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: There is hereby established a special revenue fund of the City of Tigard. -�"-�'- designated as "COUNTY ROAD MAINTENANCE FUND" for the purpose of receiving County Road Repair Levy monies and conforming to the requirements of the Levy measure which was passed by the voters on March 25, 1980. 3' Section 2: All payments as and when received by the City of Tigard from Washington E County, shall be separately maintained and deposited in said "COUNTY ROAD MAINTENANCE FUND", together with any interest thereon. n_ !1 1 aoainefi er expenditures from said fund shall conform Section }: Ob�� ations to the purpose yasVstated in the levy request as put to the voters which reads as follows: , r "The funds shall be used for repairs of existing city and county streets, roads or bridges.
