ORDINANCE No. 80-o&
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING TRANSFER TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY
OF TIGARD OF $170.40 REMAINING IN THE GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ACCOUNT, FIXING
AN EFFECTIVE. DATE 'AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council finds that all General Obligation Bonds issued in
connection with the South Tigard Sanitary Sewer improvement district
and termed "South Tigard Sanitary District" have been paid and there exists no
outstanding obligations properly payable therefrom.
Section 22: The Council further finds that there is a balance on hand of $170.40
which should properly be transferred to the general fund of the
City of Tigard.
Section 3: The City Recorder be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed
pursuant to Chapter 294.475 O.R.S. to transfer all funds . -
remaining in General Obligation Bonds for "South Tigard Sanitary District" in all
respects.
Section' 4: Inasmuch as it is necessary for the peace, health and safety of the people
of the City of Tigard that the accounting procedures of the City be
kept and maintained in current condition at all times and that all matters be
timely concluded, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
