ORDINANCE NO. 80-23_
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 18.12 and 17.08 OF THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE
BY REPEALING SECTIONS 18.12.100 and 17.08.040, STREET CLASSIFICATION AND
MINIMUM RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTHS FOR ROAD SURFACING, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND
FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Section 18.12.100 of the Tigard Municipal Code relating to
street classification be changed to read as follows:

Section 3: Inasmuch as it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of
the public that the foregoing change in the City's records become
effective, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall
be effective upon its passage by the Council and approval of the Mayor.
