THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Finding that the lands hereinafter described are now classified q
as Washington County R70-4, and Lux-ther findings that pursuant to
procedures, the abovestated application for a zoning map amendment was presented j
at a hearing held by the Tigard Planning Commission on November 25, 1980.
All interested persons were afforded an opportunity to be heard at this public
hearing and thereafter the Planning Commission filed its report with the City
Recorder, a copy hereto attached and by reference made a part of. The Council
adopts the following substar .ive findings:
A. That this application is in conformance with the R-7 "Single
Family Residential" designation on the NPO ;(6 Plan which is
a portion of the adopted Tigard Comprehensive Plan, and
B. That the proposed zoning is compatible with the surrounding
neighborhood as determined by the Tigard Planning Commission.
SECTION 2: Therefore, pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 18.88 of the
Tigard Municipal Code, this request for an amendment to the Zone
.lap of the City of Tigard is hereby app roved subject to provisions of Chapter
18.20 of the Tigard Municipal Code as embodied in adopted Exhibits "A", "B",
and "C" attached and :Wade a part of this orZlrinance. The zoning designation
of the subject property is hereby changed to R-7 "Single 'vamily Residential".

SECTION 3: Inasmuch as it is necessary to the peace, health, and safety of
the public that the foregoing zone change in the City's records
become effective, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance
shall. be effective upon its passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.

LOCATION: 16305 SW 92nd (Wash. Co. Tax Map 2S1 14A, Tax Lot 802) .
I. FINDINGS OF FACT:
Property annexed to City, Zone change was never made. Applicant requested
a Minor Land Partition and needs to have property zoned to Comprehensive
Plan Designation.
II. CONCLUSIONARY FINDINGS:
