AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING TRANSFER TO THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY '
OF TIGARD OF $.3,9130,3$ PEMAINING IN THE SEWER IMPROVEMENT BANCROFT 445 ACCOUNT,
FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE ARID DECI.ARLNG AN EMERGENCY. :
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: The City Council finds that all sewer assessment Bancroft Bonds issued
in connection With a certain sewer improvement district and termed
"Bancroft 415 Account" have been paid and there exists no outstanding obligations
properly payable therefrom.
Section 2: The Council further finds that there is a balance on hand of $3,980.38

which should properly be transferred to the general fund of the City r
of Tigard.
Section 3: The C:'.ty Recorder be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed pur-
" scant to Chapter 294.475 O.R.S. to transfer all funds remaining in
"Bancroft 415 Account" in all respects.

Section 4: Inasmuch as it is necessary for the peace, health and safety of the '
people of the City of Tigard that the accounting procedures of the City
be [rept and maintained in current condition at all times and that all matters be
timely concluded, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall
become effective upon its passage by the Counv3l and approval by the Mayor.
