AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TIGARD MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 17.08,
DEFINITIONS, TO REFLECT THE CHANGE OF PROCEDURE FOR PLANNED DEVELOP-
MENTS FROM A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO A ZONE CHANGE; AND CHAPTER
17.16, PRELIMINARY PLAT, TO REQUIRE 14 COPIES OF A PRELIMINARY
SUBDIVISION PLAN TO BE SUBMITTED FOR CIRCULATION REVIEW BY AFFECTED
AGENCIES.
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Finding that pursuant to Chapter 227 QRS and Ordinance No.
68-48 (City of Tigard Subdivision,,Ordinance of 1968) the
hereinafter stated amendments to said ordinance, pursuant to pre-
scribed procedures, were submitted to public hearing held by the
Tigard Planning Commission on September 21, 1976, and to the City
Council thereafter recommended that said zoning ordinance be amended
as hereinafter set forth. }
Section 2: The City Council further finds that , after due and legal
notice, a public hearing was held by the City Council
October 25, 1976, whereat all interested persons were afforded an
opportunity to be heard and present and rebut evidence with respect
to said amendments.
Section 3: The City Council further finds that the purpose for these
amendments are to protect the public health, safety and
general welfare and, furthermore, said amendments serve to implement
the objectives and policies concerning subdivisions. f'
Section 4: That, therefore, `

combining various types of dwellings and other structures

"fourteen" in place of the word "nine" to read:
Each such application shall be accompanied by fourteen
copies of the tenative plan showing the general design
of the proposal. . .
PASSED: By unanimous vote of all Council members present, after
being read three times by number and title only this
