Section 1: That Section 18, 2.010 of the °il”,=r i Puniclpal

as follows.
°10.72.01 _Approval--Procedure--Conditions. ;'ollow--

Tigard Sunicipal Code uses designated in this title
as 'conditional uses permitted' may be persitted or
enlarged or altered upon authorization of, after hear-
ing by the planning; commission as provided in Chapter
18.04. In granting approval of a conditional use the

ulations and standards expressly specified In this title,
other conditions found necessary to protect the best

or the city as a whole, The conditions may include
requirements increasing the required lot size or yard
dimensions, controlling the location and number of
vehicular access points to the property, increasing
street width, increasing; the number of o i st veet
parking or loading; spaces required, limiting the number

because of obstruction to view or reduction of liZht or f
air to adjacent property, requirin: sight-obscurilIC; ,
fencing and landocap.inC where necessary to reduce noise

which any future enlargement or alteration of the use
shall be reviewed by the planninS commission and new
conditions imposed. Change in use, expansion or con-
traction of site area, or alteration of structures or r
uses classified as conditional existing prior to the
effective date of the ordinance codified herein, shall
conform to the regulations pertaining to conditional
uses. If the site is inappropriate for the use requested,
the planning commission way deny approval of the con-

Section 2: Inasmuch as it is necessary for the peace, health
and safety of the people of the City of Tigard
that the foregoing amendment become effective with the least
possible delay to thereby conform the foregoing, section to
make reference to the proper Chapter of the Tigard Municipal
Code and to thereby.avoid misunderstanding and ambiguities in

exist and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its passae
by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
