AN ORDINANCE REPEALING Ordinance No. 66-41 WITH RESPECT TO
SEWER CONNIECTION AND SERVICE FEES, APPLICATIONS, PERMITS AND BONDS;
PRESCRIBING EFb'EC'PibrF. DATE AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF iIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: The City Council finds that the City of Tigard and all
ar®a thereof has heretofore been incorporated into and
forms a part of the UNIFIED SEWERAGE AGENCY of Washington County, Oregon
and that the ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of said Agency
have replaced and superseded the requirements of Ordinance No.66-41
and all amendments thereto.

Section 3 Inasmuch as it is necessary for the peace, health and
safety of the people of the City of Tigard that Ordi-
nance No. 66-41 and all amendments thereto, having been superseded
by the ordinances, orders, rules and regulations of the UNIFIED
SEWERAGE AGENCY OF WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON, be repealed wltn the
least possible delay, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be effective upon its pasaage by the Council and
approval of the Mayor.
