streets., street dedication shall include all

That portion of land in Section 34, Township 1 South, Range
1 West, Willamette Meridian, and in Section 3, Township 2 South,
Range 1 nest, Willamette Meridian, Washington County, State of
Oregon, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point, on the division line between the North
and South halves of the J. L. Hicklin Donation Land Claim No.
37 in said Section 34, which bears South 890 52' East a distance
of 1419.46 feet from the Northwest corner of the South half of
the said J. L. Hicklin D.L.C. No. 37s running thence Easterly,
along the said Hicklin D.L.C. No. 37 division line, a distance of
1087.5 feet more or less to a point of intersection with the
Westerly right-of-way boundary line of 40 foot wide S.W. Tiedeman

been fully included and updated by the provisions of this
ordinance, Ordinance No. 71-6 be, and the same is hereby, repealed
effective w-°.th the effective date of this ordinance.
Sect 5: Inasmuch as it is necessary for the peace, health and
safety of the people of the City of Tigard that the mat-
term with which this ordinance is concerned be currently maintained
at all tiame and thereby provide current regulatory guidance, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be effect-
ive upon its passage by the Council and approval by the Msyor.
