AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL u88(9) ON LANDS OF Louis L.
Girod & Pauline L. Girod in Section 2, Townsh.in 2 South, Range 1,

( WHEREAS, the owner(s) of the lands described on attached
Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof, has (have) filed
with the City an application for authorization to conduct the
following described conditional use(s) on the said premisesy and
MRRW, the zoning classification of said lands hereto-
fore established by the zoning ordinances of the City of Tigard
is . C-3, General Commercial and the conditional uses)
requested by the applicant(s) may be properly permitted in con-

WHEREAS, the City Planning Comission on the 25*h day

to said appl,iaatlon and said Comission has recommended to the
City Council that said application be approved; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the city Council with
respect to said application was duly and regularly held on the

NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF 'TIGARD ORDAINS AS POLLOWS:
Section 1:, That the following conditional use(s) as defined in
the City of Tigard Zoning Ordinance under the zone
classification C-3, General Commercial to-wit:
a paper recycling station within a temporary structure. '•
ba and the same are herebyauthorized with respect to the lands
described on Exhibit "A" by reference shade a part hereof, subject
to compliance with the following conditions:
1. That the Planning Ccmmission shall review the
application annually, and recommend to the City

EXHIBIT "A"
Beginning at a point on the northerly line of the B. Morin lands
and on the southerly line of Tigard Highway Tracts, a subdivision
of record in Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette
Meridian, Washington County, Oregon, and which beginning point is
said to be South 420 52' West 1359.1 feet and North 450 12' West
1191.3 feet from a stone at the re-entrant corner on the easterly
boundary of the George Richardson D.L.C. No. 38, and running thence
:North 450 12' West along the southerly line of Tigard Highway
' Tracts a distance of 60.4 feet to an iron rod; running thence South
470 14' West 142.8 feet to a point on the southwesterly line of
that certain tract of land conveyed to H. L. and Bertha W. Robinson
by deed ,recorded on page 87 of Book 276 of Washington County,
Oregon, Deed Records, and from. which point an iron rod bears North
470 14' East 5.0 feet; running thence South 450 12' East 66.44 feet
to an iron pipe at the most southerly corner of the above noted
Robinson tract; running thence North 440 49' East 142.7 feet to
