WHEREAS, the owner(s) of the lands described at& attached
Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof. has (have) filed
with the City an application for authorization to conduct the
following described conditional uses) on the said premisess and
WHEREM, the zoning classification of said lands hereto-
fore established by the zoning ordinances of the City of Tigard
is M-3, Light industrial and the conditional use(e)
requested by the applicant(d) may be properly permitted in con-
formity with the said classification; and
WHEREAS, the city planning commission on the 15 j;h day
of Februar. , 19_2,, held a public hearing with respect
to sad application and said commission has recap nded to the
City council that said application be agproveda and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City council with
respect to said application was duly and regularly held on the
13th day of march 19_, and the City council finds

petition and that it is in the public interest that said condi-
tional use(s) be authorized,

described on Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof, subject
to; compliance with the following conditions
1. That the outside storage yard as shown on the
submitted site plan be enclosed by a fence,
2. flat the material loading area as shown on the
submitted site plan, which is also used for
outside storage, be screened by a site obscuring
fence along the north and east sides,
3. That the frontage of the subject property shall be
landscaped and maintained. Plans showing the
location, varieties, and sizes of trees and plant
materials shall be approved by the City staff and
' implemented by July 1, 1972.

shall be paved by July 1, 1972.
