As ORDIs+ NCE AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL USX(S) ON LAM OF Wilbur S.
Spohn and Nancy D. Spohn in Section 2, T2S, RIW, Willamette,
Meridian I 4
WHEREAS, the owner(s) of the lends described on attached
Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof, has (have) filed
with the City an application for authorization to conduct the
following described conditional uses) on the said pxemi.sesi and
WiHE.@EAS, the zoning classification of said lands hereto- «'
fora established by the zoning ordinanceg of the City of Tigard
is M-3, Light industrial and the conditional uses)
req:Aestad by the applicant(s) may be properly permitted in con-

WHEREAS, the City planning Counission on the lath day
of January , 19 2, held a public hearing with respect
to said application and said Commission has racceem3mnded to the
City Council that said application be approved; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before ehhe City Council with
respect to said application was duly and regularly held on the
14 day ofFebruary 19� , and the City Council finds
that no public detriment will result from the granting of said
petition and that it is in the public interest that aaid aondi-
tional use(s) be authorized,
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

The Southerly 170 feet (as measured between the centerline of
S.W. Burnham Street and a line Northwesterly of and parallel
with the center of S.W. Burnham Street.) of the following
described tract, to-wit

in Section 2, Township 2 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette
Meridian, Washington County, Oregon, and more particularly

Beginning at a point in the center of County Road No. 997
North 450 46' West, 699.84 feet from the most Easterly corner
of that certain tract of land conveyed to Charles Burnham
