THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1:. That the following conditional use(s) as defined in
the City of Tigard Zoning Ordinance under the t-wit:
classification C--4 (Neighborhood commercial)
Day Nursery
be and the same are her�-by authorized with respect to the lands
described on Exhibit "A" by reference made apart hereof, subject
to compliance with the following conditions:
i. Detailed plans indicating building location, floor
plan, signing, setbacks, parlhing landscaping,
fighting, etc., shall be submitted to the Planning
Department for approval prior to the issuance of a
building permit.
2. The children's play area shall be fully
enclosed
with a fence.
3. The number of children shall be determined by the
State Health Department.
4. The facility shall meet all State and County regu-
lations for such operations.

A portion of Lots 1, 2. 3 and 4, AMENDED PLAT OF
CANTERtY PLACE, in the City of Tigard, Washington County,
Oregon, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-
of-sway line of S. 10Pacific Highway (210 feet wile) and the
most Easterly, North: line of said Lot is eiaea,c along said
Northerly line, North 58013140" West (North 58 03' West, per
plat) 365.16 feet to the angle corner on the Northerly line of
said Lot It thence South 88 30'50" West 65 feet more or less
along the :.Torth 1ine3 of Lot 1 to its intersection with a line,
that is perpenodicular to a point on a line, said point and line

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held
by the Planning Commission of the City of Tigard at Fowler
Jr, High School library, 12080 S., Main Street, Tigprd,
Oregon on December 159 1970 with respect to the following:
An application by A. & Po Investment Corp,
for conditional use approval to allow a day
nursery in the C-4, Neighborhood Commercial
Canterbury Shopping Center located on the
west side of the Highway 99-W frontage road,
north of S.W. Bull Mountain Road. (Map 2S1 10A
tax lots 1700 and 1800)
