A tract of land in the Southeast quarter of SEction 34,
Township 1 :youth, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian,
Washington County, Oregon, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point at the Northwest corner of that
tract described in deed to Clarence Haney et ux, recorded
April 30, 1956, in Deed Look 381, Page 234, said point
being 2256.3 feet East and 165.0 feet North of the South-
west corner of the North one-half of the john L. Hicklin
Donation band Claim; thence North 25009'39" East 206.28
feet to a point; thence East 374.74 feet to the West right-
of-way line of "fiedeman Road (County Road No. 179) ; thence
South 21043'00" West 215.05 feet along the said right-of-
way line to a point on the North line of said Haney tract;
