AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONDITIONAL USS(S) ON ]LANDS OF Atlas
Steel Building Company in Section 2, T2S, R1W, W.M.
TI ,ARD tY7�SHINGTON COUNTS. OREGO!a
WHEREAS, the owner(s) of the lands described on attached
Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof, has (have) filed
with the City an application for authorization to conduct the
following described conditional use(s) on the said premises; and
WHEREAS.* the zoning classification of said lands hereto-
fore established by the zoning ordinances of the City of Tigard
is M-4 (industrial Park) and the conditional use(s)
requested by the applicant(s) may be properly permitted in con-
formity with the said cle_ssification; and
'WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on the 16th day
Of June_ , 19 70, held a public hearing with respect
to said application and said Commission has recommended to the
City Council that said application be dis approved; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council with
respect to said application was duly and regularly held on the
27th day of July 19 70, and the City Council finds
that no public detriment will result from the granting Of said
petition and that it is it the public interest that said condi
tional use(s) be authorized,
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS'
Section 1:. That the following conditional use(s) as defined in
the City of Tigard Zoning Ordinance under the zone
classification M-4 (Industrial Park) to-wit.
Temporary use of a trailer for an office
be and the same are hereby authorized with respect to the lands
described on Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof, subject
to compliance with the following conditions:
1. that the conditional use for the office trailer
and storage shack shall expire and these facilities
will be removed six months from the date of approval
by the city Council.
2. that the building permit and construction of the
f proposers office, ;petal products assembly, and ware-
house building shown on the plans submitted be in
progress within this six months period.
3. that during this period, the landscaping and paving
requirements oftheM-4 zone shall be waived for
the temporary facilities, but completion of these
requirements shall be required prior to occupancy
of the new permanent office-assembly-warehouse building.

All of Lot 55 isx NORTH TIGARDVILLE ADDITION, City of Tigard,
Washington County, Oregon, as designated upon the amended
plat of said tract of record in Office of County Clerk of
Washington County, Oregon, EXCEPTING THEREFROM a piece of
land commencing at a point in the East line of said Trot,
65 feet Southerly from the center line of the established
50 foot right-of-way of the Oregon Electric Railway Company;
running thence Southerly on said East line of said lot a
distance of 35 fee; ; thence Westerly parallel with the South
line of the Oregon Electric Railway Company' s right-of-way
40 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the East line of
said Lot, 35 feet; thence Easterly parallel with -the South
line of said Oregon Electric Railway Company°s right-of-way
