IRON MOUNTAIN INVESTMENT COMPANY, in Section 10, T2S, RiW, W.M.
WASHINGTON COUNTY„ OREGON

WIMREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action of the
City Council of the City of Tigard„ Oregon, pursuant to the Zoning
Code of said City, have heretofore been limited in the use to those
uses permitted by said Code„ under, and have been classified and
zoned for,X'i2". (Multi-family Residential) and
WHEREAS, ,pursuant torescribed '
p procedures, the owners of
said lands have applied to the City of Tigard for reclassification of
said property and change of zone thereof to permit the use thereof for C-,4
Neighborhood Ccmmer. purposes, and said application has been duly pub-
licized and public hearing held by the City Planning Commission on
ffmu 16, 3270 after due and legal notice; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval
of said zone change to the City Council, and due and legal notice of
City Council hearing having been given by publication in the Tigard
Times, and the City Council having heard same at its regular meeting

dctriment wf result from granting of said Fstition. and that it is
in the public interest that said zone change be approved, and the
lands re-zoned from A-2 (Multi-family Residential to C-4 (Neighborhood
Commercial)
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIsARD ORDAINS AS FOLLGWS:
Section l: That the following described lands be, and the same are .
hereby~ zoned as _g_A for use in accordance with the C_4
Neighborhood Commercial classification of the Zoning Code of the City of
T4ard, which Zoning Code with respect to the C-4 Neighborhood Commercial

A portion of Lots 1,2, 3 and 4, °:mznded Plat of Canterbury
Place in Section 10, T2S, R1W, W.M., City of Tigard,
Washington County, Oregon, described as follows;
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly right-of-
way line of S.W. Pacific Highway (210 feet wide) and
the most Easterly, North line of sa6d Lot 1; thence
along said Northerly line, North 58 13' 40" West (North
580 03' West, per. plat) 365.16 feet to the angle corner
_ on the Northerly line of said Lot 1; thence South 880
30' 50" West 65 feet, more or less, to a point on a
line that is perpendicular to a point, on a line, said
point being North 580 13' 40" West 420 feet from the
point of beginning; thence South 310 47' 20" West 410
feet, more or less, to a line that is parallel to and
225 feet Easterly of the west lines of Lot 2 and 3;
which point is the true point of beginning of the tract
to be described; thence Southerly along said line that
