NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS-
Section l: That the following conditional use(s) as defined in
the City of Tigard Zoning Ordinance under the zone
classification A�-2, multi family residential , to-wit:

be and the same are hereby authorized with respect to the lands
described on Exhibit "A" by reference made a part hereof, subject
to compliance with the following conditions:
1. That all land area not used for building, roads, and
for park' hall shall be landscaped and mainta,nea
in'a neat and healthy condition; plans for this lana
scaping to be submitted for v:taff aopdovai at the time
of request for the building permit; and all landscaping
to be completed prior to occupancy of the building-

free standing sign and one nameplate wall sign; plans

3. That the development shall be in conformance with the
site plan and elevation submitted, and particularly
with no exit or entrance directly onto 99W.
4. That the services of the clinic shall be limited, as
the applicant has stated, to the treatment of small
animals only, entirely enclosed within an adequately
sound-proofed and air-conditioned building.
5. Tnat the conditional use shall' expire within one year
from the date of final approval, if the development
has not been started and continual progress toward its
completion is not in evidence.

Section 2: The City Recorder is hereby authorized and directed
to certify a true copy of this ordinance and forward
same to the applicant forthwith.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be effective on and after the
31st day from its enactment by the City Council of
the City of Tigard. Oregon.
