Ordinance No. 69-33 CITY OF TIGARD, OREGON ORDINANCE No. 69- _�_3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 69-25 WITH RESPECT TO SECTION 1 THEREOF GRANTING A ZONE CHANGE AND NAMING CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE TERRITORY THEREIN DESCRIBED WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 69-25, duly passed by the City Council of Tigard on March 10, 1969, certain lands of Henry R. Potter and Jean Audrey Potter, Washington County, Oregon, as therein described, were rezoned from Wash-ington County SR (Suburban Residential) to R-7 (Singles rftily Sidenti+al) and UW"t it is the City's desire to name the conditions set ,tor-th in the pl&nned Residential Dov*l poont for the territory therein NOW, THERSFO RE, THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: 416c4..._r 1: That Section ` of [ordinance No. 69-25, adopted by the City Council of Tigard on March 1-0, 1969, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: x That the following described lands be, and the same are hereby reclassified to permit the use thereof for planned Residential Development under the R-7 (Single-family Residential) classification of the Zoning Code of the City of Tigard, subject to the conditions set forth on the attached sheet entitled. "CONDITIONS" which by reference is made a Bart hereof, to each and all conditions and requirements the development of said lands shall be and remain subject. Beginning at an iron pipe on the westerly line of said Section 34, said pipe being North 00 06' West 655.49 feet of the Southwest corner of said Section 34; running thence North 890 52' East 1231.6 feet to a point on centerline of county road number 1992, (S.W. 121st. Avenue) ; thence North 00 10' West 328.07 feet to a point; thence South 890 51' West 1321.21 feet to a point on the westerly line of said Section 34; thence along said section line South 00 06' East 327.74 feet to the true point of beginning. Section 2e This ordinance shall be effective on the 31st day after its enactiwnt by the City Council of Tigard, Oregon. That the total number of units be reduced to 50, which will better relate to the density of the underlying R-7 zoning. 3. That park area be dedicated to the public in order to continue progress toward a city-wide greenbelt system. A. That final plans showing typical elevations of proposed buildings, the proposed landscaping, decorative lighting along the street, and in the parking areas, and the park area to be dedicated to the public, be submitted for staff approval prior to issuance of the building permit. S. That the covered parking shown be designed so that it is attached to the buildings or underneath the buildings, and W!th doors in a residential character. a
