AN ORDINANCE SETTING HEARING WITH RESPECT TO PRGPOSED ANNEXA-
TION OF THE LANDS OF Robert T. Cooper et al, in Section 11
T2S, R1W, W.M.
WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON, AND DIRECTING GIVING OF NOTICE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been filed with the City Re-
corder of the City of Tigard, petition for annexation of certain
lands in Section 11, T2S, R1W, W.M.
Washington County, Oregon, as hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, said premises are contiguous to the City of Tigard
and

Clifford A. Baker, Clara Plieth, John J. Plieth, Melvin R. Propst,
Elaine A. Propst, Robert T. Cooper, Sylvia L. Cooper
have by signed petition requested and consented to said annexation;

THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: That the City Council of the City of Tigard does hereby
-' elect to dispense with submitting the question of the
annexation of the hereinafter described premises to the registered
voters of the City.
Section 2: That Monday, the 9tij day of December . 1961 at the
hour of 8:00 p.m., at the City Ha n the City of
Tigard, be, and the same is, hereby fixed as the date, time and place
for public hearing before the City Council of Tigard of the petition

Tigard, and all registered voters of the City may appear at

Section 3: The City Recorder of the City of Tigard be, and she is
hereby, directed to give notice of said hearing by pub

ings in all, prior to the date of the hearing, in the Tigard Times,
a newspaper of general circulation in the City, and said Recorder

ing in four public places in the City of Tigard for a like period.
Section 4: That the area proposed to be annexed be, and the same
is hereby described as follows:
