TIGARD, WASHINGTON COUNTY iOREGO.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands, by action of the
City Council of the City of Tigard, Oregon, pursuant to the Zoning-
Code of said City, have heretofore beer: limited in use to tr-:ose uses
permitted by said Code, under, and have been classified an,i zoned
for, R-7 (Residential) and

THE CITY OF TIGARD ORDAIITS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the followln, described lards be, and the same arc-
hereby,
rehereby, zoned as A-2 for use in accordance with the
A-2 (Multiple Dwelling) classification of the Zoning Code of
the City,of Tigard, which Zoning; Code with respect to the A-2
classification is by reference herein made a part hereof:
Beginning at 4r iron rod on the most westerly corner of that tract of
land conveyed to Frank D. Stashin and Beatrice S. Stashin recorded in
Bk.4$4, p.121 Washington County, Oregon Deed-Records; thence N 89°23' W.
a distance of'82.65 feet along a certain roadway conveyed to the public•
by deed recorded on Page 345,Book 265, said deed records to an iron rod;
thence South 460 West a: distance of 74 Meet, more or less to the westerly
boundary of saJd tract; thence North 29017' West along the westerly line
a distance of 60 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
