Section 1: That all of the following described lands be, and the sane
re, hereby annexed to the City of Tigard, and the bound-
aries of the City of Tigard be, and thdy are, is r by e:ctended to
include the following dec_ribed -lands ::ithin the boundaries.
All or the East 279 feet of Lot 15 OREENBURG HEInHTS
ADDITION, subject to the rights of the public in
that portion thereof within the boundaries of
dedicated avenues; in Washington County, Oregon.
Section 2: That the Recorder of the City of Tigard on, and she is
hereby directed, within 10 days frog; the date hereof,
to make and submit to the Secretary of State of Oregon:
a. A certified cony of this ordinanee o: annexation
b. A certified copy of the statement of e=sent of

following:
a. A certified copy of this ordinance of annexation
b. A certified copy of Ordinance No-W 42 ,
and that a cony of this Ordinance be directed to the Office of the
Washington County Surveyor,

4 Section 4: The annexation hereby ordained shall be effective on the
