AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A ZONING CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO
QUARTER OFISECTIONGARD 035,NT 1 PLAZA,,, 1 W,1W.m TI WASH WASHINGTON
COUNTY, OREGON.
AREAS, the hereinafter described lands by action of the
,.�...�... County planning Commission and the County Court have

heretofore been classified and zoned for R-7 (Single Family Resi-
dential) dwelling use; and
AREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, TIGARD SHOPPING
PLAZA, INC., as owner thereof, has applied to the City of Tigard
for reclassification of said property and zone change to permit the
use thereof for A-2 (Apartment Residential) purposes, and said
application was duly considered and a public hearing held, after
legal notice thereof, on October 22, 1962; and
AREAS, after said hearing and due consideration of the
matter a finding was made that no public detriment will result from
the granting of said petition and that it is in the public interest
that said change be approved and the property re-zoned as herein-
after stated;
NOW, THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIGARD:
