BEING A PORTION OF LOT 13, NORTH TIGARDVILLE ADDITION,
KNOWN AS 1239$ S.W. GRANT AVENUE, TIGARD, OREGON.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands by action of the
Washington County Planning Commission and the County Court have
heretofore been classified and zoned for R-7 (Single Family Resi-
dential) dwelling use; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, RAY McCRACKEN
and BLANCHE S. McCRACKEN, as owners thereof; have applied to the
City of Tigard for reclassification of said property and zone
change to permit the use thereof for multiple residential purposes,
and said application was duly considered and a public hearing held,
after legal notice thereof, on and
WHEREAS, after said hearing and due consideration of the
matter a finding was made that no public detriment will result
from the granting of said petition and that it is in _ .e ;public
interest that said change be approved and the property re-zoned as
hereinafter stated;
NOW, THEREFORE,
IT IS ORDAINED by the Council of the CITY OF TIGARD:
Section l: That the following described portion of Lot 13, NORTH
TIGAURDVILE ADDITION (known as 12350 S.W. Grant Avenue,
Tigard, Oregon) in the County of Washington and State of Oregon,
be, and the same is hereby, reclassified for multiple dwelling use
and is hereby zoned as A-2 (Apartment Residential District) in
accordance with the A-2 (Multiple Family) zoning classification of
the Zoning Code for Washington County, Oregon, and subject to all
conditions,'limitations and requirements thereof, which Zoning Code
with respect to the A-2 classification is by reference herein made-
