Washington County Planning Commission and the County Court have
heretofore been classified and zoned for R-7 (Single Family Resi-

IT IS ORDAINED, by the Council of the CITY OF TIGARD:
Section l: That the hereinafter described lands be, and the same
are, hereby reclassified for multiple dwellinC use and
are hereby zoned as._A-2 (Apartment Residential District) in accord-
r' ance with the A-2 (Multiple Family) zoning classification of the
Zoning Code for Washington Countg, Oregon, and subject to all con-
ditions, limitations and requirements thereof, which Zoning Code
with respect to the A-2 classification is by reference herein made
a part hereof.
Section 2: As_provided by law, all provisions of the .Zoning Code
