Ordinance No. 62-08 CITY OF TIGARD ORDINANCE NO. 462 -9 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING R, ZONING CHANGE WITH RESPECT TO PORTIONS OF TAX OTS _Van j,�(.IN� � AND 360o /Sl I3 1017 ALO WASH k O-M;L&'ley'V'Q C- C.• WHEREAS, the hereinafter described lands by action of the Washington County Planning Commission and the Coufit Court h_-va heretofore been classified and zoned for R-7 (Single Family Resi- dential) dwelling use; and WHEREAS, pursuant to prescribed procedures, Chester E.Klock as owner thereof has applied to the City of Tigard for reclassifi- cation of said property and zone change to permit the use thereof for multiple residential purposes, and said application was duly considered and a public hearing held, after legal notice thereof, on January 22, 1962; and WHEREAS, after said hearing and due consideration of the matter a finding was made that no public detriment will result from the granting of said petition and that it is in the public interest that said change be approved and the property re-zoned as herein- after stated; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDAINED by the Council of the CITY OF TIGARD: Ic Section 1: Those portions of LOMIITA TERRACE, a duly recorded sub- division in Section 35, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, W.M., Washington County, Oregon lying Bast of and within 311 feet of the centerline of S. E. 9bth Avenue as shown on the recorded plat of LOMITA TERRACE, EXCEPTING that portion thereof lying within 100 feet of the said centerline of S.E. 90th Avenue, be, and the same are, hereby reclassified for multiple use and are>hereby zoned as A-1 (Duplex Residential District) in accord- ance with the A-1 (Multiple Family) zoning classification of the P�ge 1 - nanINANCE No, � �� Zoning Code for Washington County, Oregon, and subject to all con- ditions, limitations and requirements thereof, which Zoning Code with respect to the A-1 claosification is by reference herein made a par_ hereof- Section 2: Those portions of LOMITA TERRACE, a duly recorded sub- div iaion in Section 35- Township 1 South, Range 1 West, W.M., Washington County, Oregon, lying East of the centerline of S.
