Bear Mr. Beckius:
The plans for this project were reviewed for conformity with applicable
codes and are conditionally app...ved. The submitted plans did not show

requirements and how they are to be satisfied. Additional plans or other
information may be requested by the inspectors.
Additional plans are required for review and approval for changes or
additions to the automatic sprinkler system. Mechanical and plumbing
system alterations or additions also require plans and separate permits.
You may get the required permits for the project at your convenience. If
you have questions, or if we may be of assistance, please contact us.

PGE is considering purchasing the above property for use as a
distribution warehouse for general PGE use. Material such as
electrical wire, transformers, tools, conduit, crossarms, and
other PGE equipment and material generally used in the electric
distribution business would be stored and delivered from this
site. In addition, used electrical equipment, such as crossarm
bolts, ropes, insulators would be cleaned, repaired and would be
either repaired and put back into PGE service or recycled.
Approximately eight full time employees would be located on site.
We believe this use conforms to the allowable uses under the
existing zone and would like confirmation and your approval to
occupy the property.
Thank You
