said County, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a 5/8 inch iron rod with aluminum cap in a monument well at Engineer's
Centerline Station 19 +61.86, per survey number 15,938, Survey Records of said County, said
iron rod being on the centerline of S.W. Hunziker Road, (60.00 feet wide); thence along said
centerline North 61 °03'40" West, a distance of 307.08 feet; thence leaving said centerline North
28 °56'20" East, a distance of 30.00 feet to the Southeast corner of that tract of land described in
Document Number 86000497, Deed Records of said County, being a point on the Northeasterly
right -of -way line of said S.W. Hunziker Road (30.00 feet from centerline) and True Point of
Beginning of the herein described tract of land; thence along the most Southerly East line of said
tract of land North 8 °22'22" East, a distance of 7.48 feet; thence leaving said Southerly East line,
parallel with and 37.00 feet distant from the centerline of said road South 61 °03'40" East, a
