or friend) is permitted. However, conducting this activity as

4 Dear Mr. Monahan:
My name is Rita Hart of 10993 S.W. North Dakota Street, Tigard.
I am in need of a conditional use permit.
I came to City Hall about 3 weeks ago and talked to Keith Liden and he
advised me that I would not be able.to get such a permit. He said that
- ,..
1 my case was unique because our home sits in almost themiddle of iL acres.
!•t
i ), ` Because of this unique situation, traffic and parking would not interfere
SS with or be a nuisance to any of our neighbors.
l` Because my husband passed away in July, 1986, and left no insurance, no
I - cash reserve, and no retirement fund (but did leave the real estate) I am
1' in desperate need of some income. There are many unpaid taxes, plus other
i` debts that I need to take care of. .Hip office in Portland has been
t listed for over a year and has not sold yet. I am also willing to sell
t; most of the property where 1 live but do not have an offer yet that 1
1~ consider acceptable.
r ,
ff.
We had eight children and a large home which would be appropriate for
`'' wedding receptions. On two different occasions some friends mentioned
94 that they would like to be married in our home.
'i' I wonder if I could meet with you, or would it be possible for you to
come and look over the situation?
:
i Sincerely,
