Dear Mr. Nelson:
We have received your plan review comments dated 12/16/11, and have the following
information in response:
1. Detail 2/A4.1 has been revised to clarify the suspension and bracing for the
suspended sheetrock ceiling. Additionally, structural calculations and details are
enclosed. Please note that the sheetrock portion of the ceiling is less than
1000sf, and is bounded by braced bulkheads, so horizontal restraint wire and
rigid bracing are not required.
2. Details 5/A4.1 and 6/A4.1 have been revised to clarify the suspension and
bracing of the storefront soffit. Additionally, structural calculations and details are
enclosed.
3. The estimated permit valuation of the project is $105,000.
We hope this information will allow for prompt approval of the plans, but if any additional
information is required, please contact our office at any time.
Sincerely, .
