Mr. Chester Garrett,
The request for electrical plan review requested by your permit application submitted on Dec. 8,
2011 is being delayed due to the following:
On Dec. 8, 2011 you were notified by phone of the need for additional information required to
complete the electrical plan review. Your firm has submitted a portion of the necessary information,
but there is too much information missing to do a complete review.
The information required by OAR918- 311 -0040 is not complete in these plans. A list of required
information is included for your reference. See OAR9181- 311 - 0040(4) Standard Format for Plan
Review.
(a) Submit two sets.
(b) The plans must be to scale and readable.
(c) The plans shall contain the following minimum requirements:
(A) Feeder riser diagram showing panel location and circuit schedule.
(B) One line riser diagram showing bonding and grounding and conduit sizes.
(C) Available fault current on load side of service disconnect.
(D) Complete load calculations.
(E) Fixture schedule showing type and location.
(F) Address of installation and owners name and address.
(G) Identification of employer, identification and signature of who prepared the plan, license
number, etc.
(H) Location of emergency systems, identifying the power source and system on plan.
This is a medical installation; as such you must identity the type of wiring used in each room and the
purpose each room will be used for.
Until the required information as outlined above is submitted, the City of Tigard will not be able to
perform the requested plan review. The plan review may take up to 10 working days to complete
after all of the information contained in OAR918- 311 -0040 has been submitted.
