A Right -of -Way dedication for SW Dartmouth and SW 70 Avenue, located in the
northwest one - quarter (NW t/) of the northeast one - quarter (NE %) of Section 1,
Township 2 South, Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian, County of Washington, State of
Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an 5/8 Iron Rod at the intersection of SW 72 °d Avenue and SW
Dartmouth Street as shown on Record of Survey No. 30,893 as on file at Washington
County Surveyors Office; thence S 59° 53' 29" E 686.93 feet to the northeasterly corner
of Parcel 1 as described in Document No. 2011- 042536, said point also being the True
Point of Beginning;
The following courses follow the boundary of said Parcel 1:
thence S 02° 43' 23" W 242.1 feet to the southeasterly property corner;
