Hall Blvd. Tigard OR 97223 Re: Project Completion Good Day: I am writing to request a joint cooperation in completing your project located on Hall Boulevard in Tigard. I have compiled a listing of items that need attention and once these are completed, a final inspection will be conducted. A Certificate of Occupancy will be issued by the city upon satisfactory approval. The temporary certificate of occupancy that was issued October 29, 2003, has long expired so it is my desire to help lead the project to final occupancy. There are very few items remaining that I am sure your organization is anxious to complete and receive final occupancy. SIT 2002 -00001 Final Inspection Conducted 11/6/03 Failed PDR 2001-00011 Two conditions remaining to complete: #3: Fence: "The applicant shall place a six -foot cyclone fence with site obscuring slats along those property lines that are that are adjacent to residential areas." #12: Construct All Improvements: "Construct all improvements as shown on the approved plans. Any modifications to plans must be approved by the Planning Division PRIOR to the modification. • Brahmapremananda Project Completion August 18, 2004 Page 2 The above two conditions must be completed and Morgan Tracy of our Planning Department called for inspection on them. It should also be noted that a resolution has not been reached regarding the dead trees. This will have to be resolved prior to final signoff. In the Building Department, permits BUP2002 -00002 (single family conversion), BUP 2002 -00009 (new temple), and SIT2002 -00001 (site work) have had initial final inspections fail. Any issues remaining with these permits need to be completed, and once the SIT and PDR conditions are met and signed off, final inspections may once again be requested from our Building Department. I am anxious to be of service in any way I can to help you achieve the final signoff for Brahmapremananda and issue a final Certificate of Occupancy to you. FILE C October 27, 2003 srT a 2 Doev / Hap Watkins City of Tigard, Building Department 13125 SW Hall Blvd. Tigard, OR 97223 RE: Brahma Ashram & Temple — PDR2001 -00003 11515 SW Hall Blvd, WCTM 1S135DA, Tax Lots 1400 and 3503 Storm Water Quality Facility Certification Dear Mr. Watkins- On Wednesday, October 22, I made a site visit for a final inspection of the water quality swale for this projecL Per that site visit and per information provided by the contractor, the swale and outlet structure both appear to have been constructed per plan. However, the swale still needs to be vegetated as stated on the plans. It is my understanding that this will be done with the rest of the site landscaping after site work is complete. As soon as vegetation is in place, the swale will be acceptable to meet the design criteria and satisfy the requirements of Clean Water Services (Unified Sewerage Agency).
