2003.
2. GeoPecirie Engineering inc., Soil and Wall Engineer's Summary at Conclusion of Earthwork, Summit midge Development
— Phase 1, Tigard, Oregon, Revised January 21, 2004 (ahouid state 2005).
OeoPdcitic Engineer, Jim Imbne, visited the site yesterday to review the foundation excavation subgrade on
the above - referenced lot. The observed soils are compact engineered fill consisting of clayey silt, with rocks.
Some mucking may be required it the suh0rarie ls left exposed to wet weather for a long duration,. however the
current subgrade is fairly dry. Lot 28 is appropriately setback from the rear yard rockery retaining wail, -
Based on our obaervetione, it is our opinion that the curt erit fuuruidtion subgrade Is adequate for spread
foundation support to a maximum allowable bearing pressure of 1,500 pst.
Our work scope pertains to a geotecnnical engineer's foundation excavation review only and the conditions
existing and exposed at the time of our site visit. No deck footing, patio, or other appurtenant structure
suberades were observed. Our work was performed to the niirrent Iroei standards of practice. No other
warranty is herein expressed or implied. If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
GeoPaciflc Engineering, Inc,
