Dear Mark,
I am writing with regard to the Minor Land Partition application we submitted to divide
our property located at 14545 SW Juliet Terrace into two parcels. Ultimately we
accomplished what was necessary with a lot line adjustment.. We wish to withdraw our
application for Minor Land Partition.
After a conversation a few weeks ago with Doris Michael, she determined that 80% of
the $780 application fee would be refunded upon our written notice of withdrawal. We
are ready to commit to the withdrawal and request the refund at this time. As part of the
Partition application we were required to provide stamped envelopes to notify the
neighborhood of our intentions. We would also like the stamped envelopes returned. I
would be happy to pick them up. In addition, we posted a $250 bond for the planting of a
hedge that was to shield the driveway of a flag lot we created with our last Minor Land
Partition. The lot line adjustment did away with the flag lot by combining part of the
adjacent lot with the flag lot. The hedge is no longer necessary so we also request that
the $250 bond be returned.

existing 21,308 square foot lot into two parcels on the land located at
14545 SW Juliet Terrace, in the Residential (R -7) Zone. It is my
understanding from our last conversation that you wanted to withdraw this
application.
In order for the file to be closed and for you to receive a partial refund, you
need to submit a letter of withdrawal asking for a refund. I would suggest
you ask for the. self- stamped envelopes to be returned. Please send your
letter to the attention of Associate Planner Mark Roberts, as I have
resigned to go back to school.

1. Submit a site plan showing the dimensions and setbacks of the
existing features of the property (structures and trees). Include the
diameter of the apple tree.at four feet above the ground;
2. Please explain if you agree to sign the future annexation
agreement, a model of which was given to you at the pre-
conference meeting.
