This letter is in response to your Plan Check Letter comments issued 26 of February, 2008 in
regard to the Tigard Motorcycles T.I. (Permit # BUP2008- 00033) Please see commits below.
Item #1
Structural Drawings & Calculations are provided with this submittal. There are two
copies of the drawings set (sheets S2.0 & S5.0) and two copies of the calculation booklet.
Item #2
The Code Summary on sheet A0.1 has been updated to have a Construction Type of V -B.
All corresponding calculations have been updated as well. Two copies are provided with
this submittal.
Item #3
HVAC Plans are provided by American Heating, Inc & Plumbing Plans are provided by
Total Mechanical, Inc. with this submittal. There are two copies of their CD set.

1) Please provide drawings and calculations for structural changes.
2) Provide updated code summary for project.
3) Submit mechanical plans showing full compliance with section 502.14 OMSC
When responding, provide an itemized letter stating in what way each numbered
issue has been addressed in the revision.
When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the
enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal. The letter of transmittal assists the City
of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
