LP (Linhart Peterson Powers Associates) has completed a re- review of the following revised
documents.
1. Architectural Sheets: Al, A2.
We have found the following deficiencies in the submitted plans.
1. Please show how 25% of the total project cost will be used to remove architectural barriers.
Note 11 on Sheet Al says the 25% of the cost of the project to be coordinated with
Melvin Mark and David Scott, Building Official. This will be Mr. Scott's decision
whether to release the permit or not.
2. Provide cut sheet for new sink and cabinet for verification of compliance with Chapter 31,
Accessibility. Section 3109 (k) 3. O.S.S.C.
Plan revision reviewed and approved.
3. Provide details of new corridor walls including listing of proposed fire- resistive construction
to be used in order to maintain 1 -Hr. corridor. Section 3305 (g) O.S.S.C.
Plan revision reviewed and approved.
4. Provide door schedule and identify hourly rating of new doors leading to 1 -Hr. corridor.
Section 3305 (h) O.S.S.C.
Plan revision reviewed and approved.

5. Identify locations of required safety glazing for new relites adjacent to doors. Section 5406
(d) O.S.S.C.
Plan revision reviewed and approved.
6. Detail 2/A2 shows existing sprinkler heads in Suite 350. It appears that a head is missing in
Offices 304 and 307, and the head in Storage 308 and the head immediately outside of door
308/A may be too close to the wall. Please clarify.
The location of existing sprinkler heads was not adequately addressed. If it is the
intent of the applicant to take out a separate permit for the alteration of such sprinkler
system, this will be Mr. Scott's decision whether to release the permit or not.
These documents were reviewed only for their conformance to the City of Tigard building
regulations and the State of Oregon Specialty Codes, 1993 Edition.
