Val and Brian,
Per our previous discussions, here is the engineered 6' high CMU block wall
With a footing that allows the wall to be built as close as possible to
The property line. It has been fully engineered by Rowell Structural Engineers.
The desire of Ownership is to file this electronically. Please let me know
if this is acceptable given the urgency to begin the work.
Regards,
Scott Churchill
