The following electrical Code violations were observed at the inspections:
1. The equipment was placed in the required working clearance for the
electrical panel per NEC 08 110.26
2.The main lugs in the panel connecting the fire pump service conductors are listed for
only one conductor per NEC 08 110.3(b) and UL white book Section (ZMOW)
3. The disconnect is not sufficiently remote as per NEC 08 Art.695.4 (B)(2)
4. The disconnect is not identified per NEC 08 Art.695.4 (B)(3)
5. The service conductors to the disconnect are not installed as required in NEC 08
Art.695.6 (B)
6. The equipment in not located in the manner required in NEC 08 Art.695.12(C) and
(D).
The above violation are to be corrected within 20 days ( OAR 918 ) or a citation for
violation of the Tigard City code Sections 1.16.310 and 1.16.380 may be issued.
