2. Record of System Installation
This system was installed in accordance with NFPA 72 Chapters 1 -5, 7 & 8 and NFPA
70, National Electrical Code, Article 760. The manufacturer's installation instructions
were followed during installation. A Fire Protection Services representative completely
tested the additions on 06/10/05, it includes the devices shown below, and has been in
service since 06/10/05.
3. Record of System Operation
Fire Protection Services tested all operational features and functions of these additions
on 2/14/03. The system was found to be operating properly in accordance with the
requirements of NFPA 72 Chapters 1 -5, 7 & 8 and NFPA 7, National Electrical Code,
Article 760. The system also operated in accordance with the equipment
manufacturer's instructions.
