RE• Parking Requirement for Occupancy, 12700 SW Hall Blvd
Thank you for your assistance regarding the establishment of Oregon Aqua -Farms in the City of
Tigard The following letter is intended to provide a brief description of the parking requirements for
the use of Oregon Aqua -Farms The company expects to employ no more than two people at the
aforementioned location, for a total of three required parking spaces.
The company will receive no more than two deliveries per week and these deliveries will come
on small trucks (i e non - tractor trailer) 1 -2 times per week a food distributor will pick up shipments for
delivery. The company will not conduct any other type of shipping or receiving.
The nature of the business requires limited interaction with the system at any given time; once
per day an employee will spend 1 -3 hours on site feeding and collecting water quality data, and 1 -2
times per week gathering product for shipment As a result, there will never be a time when more than
2 employees will be on site
Due to these factors, there is a very low parking requirement for the business, and no more than
3 parking spots will be required for the business to operate at any given time.

RE• Bracing of water storage tanks
Thank you for your assistance regarding the establishment of Oregon Aqua -Farms in the City of
Tigard. The following letter is intended to provide a brief description intended bracing of each water
storage tank in the facility The tanks will store only water, no harmful chemicals or additives will be
placed into the tank at any time
Because the tanks contain no harmful materials or substances and are not connected to any sort
of fixtures or plumbing, there is no direct specification or requirement for seismic bracing The closest
standard for a water storage tank of this type is the American National Standards Institute ANSI /APSP -4
2007, which does not require any sort of bracing for above ground pools.
If additional bracing is required by the City of Tigard, the following steps will be taken•
1 4 of the metal framing footers around the tank will be secured to the floor with %," threaded and
bolted rod (to meet ASTM A307 -A) (� i p 7c rF r ours i� 10CD
2 The threaded rod will be anchored into the floor with SIM SET XP -22 epoxy `\
This bracing will secure the tanks to the space floor, and prevent any sort of later al or vertical
movement within the framing.
