N/A Address: 13165 SW Essex Dr. Occupancy Type: R -3 The plan review was performed under the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) 2004 edition; the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2005 edition and the Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue Ordinance 99 -01 (TVFR99 -01) 1999 edition. The submitted plans have been reviewed and the following information is required pnor to issuance of the permit. The final acceptance letter from the engineer of record should include the following: 1. Observation and approval of the crushed stone leveling pad and compaction of the sub grade below. 2 Observation and approval of the 4" drain pipe. (City of Tigard inspection also required) 3 Observation and approval of the installation of the Miragnd per sheet S2. 4 Observation and approval of the compacted fill at the toe of the leveling pad and the compacted backfill behind the wall 5. Final acceptance that the wall meets the engineered design and supports no additional surcharge as stated on sheet JD -1 When submitting revised drawings or additional information, please attach a copy of the enclosed City of Tigard, Letter of Transmittal The letter of transmittal assists the City of Tigard in tracking and processing the documents.
