Re: Tenant Fire Alarm System Additions
Allstate Insurance Company
Southwest Center, Suites 100 & 200
7632 SW Durham Road
Tigard, OR 97223
Please find attached a building permit application, Tri- County Commercial Application
Checklist, two sets of plans, calculations, and product submittals for the fire alarm tenant
improvements at the address listed above.
The intent of the fire alarm system additions is to increase audible alarm volume levels
through out the Allstate tenant spaces on floors one and two. We will add (1) ADA
synchronized notification power supply in the electric room on the first floor to provide
power to (15) new and (2) existing horn/strobes in suites 100 & 200. The horn/strobes
will provide ADA strobe coverage in the spaces where they are installed. It is not our
intent to provide ADA strobe coverage in all common use and general use areas of the
tenant spaces.
Please call if you have questions or comments.
Sincerely,
Dan Wilson
