The performance test shall verify the rate of airflow to be in compliance with the approved plans. 507.17 OMSC The exhaust and make -up air system shall be electronically interlocked to ensure that the make -up air is provided whenever the exhaust system is in operation. 508.1 OMSC An automatic fire suppression system shall be provided to protect the surface of the heat - processing appliances and the exhaust system serving the appliances. 509.2 OMSC Ductwork shall be supported in accordance with Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors National Association, Inc.
